Blueprint Festival

Blueprint was a three day festival of art, music and dance curated by Tate Collective Liverpool – Tate Liverpool’s young people’s group.

Blueprint festival was both programmed and delivered by young people, acting as a starting point for building a community of young creatives in the city and the region, interacting, exploring, making and experiencing art. Young people worked with gallery staff across departments to make the festival happen, and were involved in every aspect – from curating works to welcoming visitors –  marking a real shift in their role and degree of agency with which they operate at Tate Liverpool.

This film, made by Nzimah – a member of Tate Collective Liverpool, offers a glimpse of the spirit of the festival.
