I’m Livius from Circuit Cambridge. I have previously written a blog about my personals views on the Circuit national event Access, Change, Learning. At the event I acted as a young evaluator to gather evidence, here are some responses from members of the public on how they thought it went.

Q: Did you come here specifically to find out about Circuit?

A: Yes, I wanted to see what young artists are doing up and down the country.

Q: What have you found out from coming?

A: There’s a lot of interesting things going on, it’s lovely to see a range of artistic practice and talent happening.

Q: What did you think about the quality of the event?

A: On its own it is very good, although not as much people attended as I would have thought.

Q: Has what you’ve seen changed your opinion about Tate?

A: Yes, because normally it is about exhibition, today you can engage with the art.

Q: Has what you’ve seen changed your opinion about young people?

A: No

Q: Is there anything else you would like to say?

A: More people can and should get involved with the Circuit programme and art.

Q: Did you come here specifically to find out about Circuit?

A: No, I was walking down the river

Q: What have you found out from coming?

A: I have been here five minutes, however I watched the dance performance.

Q: What did you think about the quality of the event?

A: Excellent.

Q: Has what you’ve seen changed your opinion about Tate?

A: We don’t live near London so no.

Q: Has what you’ve seen changed your opinion about young people?

A: It is lovely to see young people engage with the arts.

A: No.

Q: Did you come here specifically to find out about Circuit?

A: No, I just popped in.

Q: What have you found out from coming?

A: Nothing, I only come to Tate three times a year. I don’t really understand it (Circuit)

Q: What did you think about the quality of the event?

A: Intriguing, interesting and compelling.

Q: Has what you’ve seen changed your opinion about Tate?

A: No

Q: Has what you’ve seen changed your opinion about young people?

A: Yes, I’m interested in learning all about Tate and young people, I’m especially impressed by young people in art.

A: No

Q: Did you come here specifically to find out about Circuit?

A: No, I just came by.

Q: What have you found out from coming?

A: Nothing, I went to the galleries and had a wonder.

Q: What did you think about the quality of the event?

A: I liked the music, didn’t like the dancing – I’m not sure what’s really happening.

Q: Has what you’ve seen changed your opinion about Tate?

A: No, I’m aware that things go on, I came to look at the galleries.

Q: Has what you’ve seen changed your opinion about young people?

A: I don’t have an opinion on young people, but it’s good to see them engaged with the arts.

A: The dance was cool – good.

A: Good idea to get young people involved with the arts.
